WHAT TO BRING, WEAR, LUNCH, and OTHER INFORMATION
As with any torch work class, wear comfortable cotton
clothing that covers your neck, arms and legs. Footwear
should protect your feet from dropped molten glass or glass
rods. Your personal protection is your responsibility.
Bring a lunch on the first day of class; Momka will
provide a lunch for the second day. MOMKA’S will provide
bottled water and coffee. We have a fridge and small kitchen
to store your goodies for you.
Please bring your general glass working tools
and boro torch. If you do not have a torch you can bring,
please contact Momka and we will see what we can do to secure
one for you for the class. Glass will be provided by Momka and
you can experience this uniquely beautiful glass firsthand.
The class setting has great ventilation and fresh air access.
Fire extinguishers and a first aid kit are available – we have
not had to use them.
